to the Eastridge Property Owners’ Association. Eastridge is a Common Interest Development that is governed by the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, a set of laws found in the California Civil Code. The Eastridge Common Interest Development is administered by the Eastridge Property Owners’ Association [EPOA], a Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation that operates under the authority of the Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation Law found in the California Corporations Code.
Two hundred three of the lots in the Eastridge Development are part of the Eastridge Property Owners’ Association; the remaining lots in the Eastridge Development are part of the Eastridge Hills Homeowners’ Association, which is a separate and distinct homeowners’ association. As a record owner of property in Eastridge you are automatically a member of the Eastridge Property Owners’ Association (EPOA). We hope that Eastridge will be a safe, healthy and aesthetically pleasing environment in which you will live.
