Tip: Directions for your guests: To avoid sending your guests to unmanned back gate, please ask your guests to use address 850 Eastridge Dr. Fairfield, CA 94534 in the navigation system which is the address for our main security gate,  once guest(s) enter the security gate then they should feed your home address in the navigation.

Eastridge Property Owners Association is located adjacent to another Association, specifically Eastridge Hills HOA as shown on the map below. Each community is it’s individual entity governed by their own set of Documents, therefore Owners within each community are solely members of their Association. However, resident and guest entry access is shared by both Associations via the Eastridge entrance off of Green Valley Road and entry access (for residents only) via the Eastridge Hills entrance off of Bridle Ridge Drive.
